Now go to the Extensions Manager in Joomla Administration Panel. Click on Install\Uninstall.
Click on Browse, then select the file you downloaded and hit Upload & Install button.
Now you may want to use this template. To assign it as a default, go to Components » JComments > Settings and Layout tab. Here you can choose your new template name in the Template drop-down menu.
